YEAR DEVELOPMENT HISTORY KEY PRODUCT GROWTH AND CHANGE
BEFORE 1995 TAPLO CHEM started business in Tianjin. CAUSTIC SODA FLAKES Team started with three people.
1995 TAPLO CHEM was a small workshop, which was specialized in producing caustic soda flakes. At the early stage of business, TAPLO CHEM faced many challenges, such as shortage of funds, backward technology and fierce market competition. It only relied on three machines to produce high-quality caustic soda flakes to conduct domestic trade. Mainly engaged in domestic trade business.
1995-1998 The world financial crisis had a huge impact on unstable caustic soda plants and other small and medium enterprises. Especially small and medium enterprises, they were the main force to solve the problem of employment in China. Even though there were many difficulties, TAPLO CHEM fearlessly faced the difficulties and decided to increase production capacity to occupy the market. The production equipment was increased from three to nine units. This move laid a stable customer base for TAPLO CHEM.
1998 Chinese Prime Minister, Zhu Rongji inspected re-employment work in Tianjin. In response to solving the livelihood and re-employment problems of laid-off workers, TAPLO CHEM expanded its recruitment to provide labor for its factory. TAPLO CHEM strived to move closer to the social security system with Chinese characteristics.
FEB, 1999 The State Economic and Trade Commission released catalogs for the first batch of backward industries. TAPLO CHEM made timely adjustments, eliminated backward production methods, improved product quality, reduced the consumption of raw materials and energy, and implemented the principles of environmental protection.
YEAR DEVELOPMENT HISTORY KEY PRODUCT GROWTH AND CHANGE
2000 United Nations Conference on Trade and Development(UNCTAD)opened in Bangkok. With the arrival of the new millennium,Chinese representatives attended this conference, where issues about world economy and trade were discussed for the first time. TAPLO CHEM strongly agreed with globalization and the development strategy of the new century, and decided to switch from running domestic trade business to running foreign trade business. This move made more customers know TAPLO CHEM in more countries. CAUSTIC SODA FLAKES Team started with three people.
Second half of 2000 TAPLO CHEM brand chemicals were exported to Korea market by another trading company,which meant that TAPLO CHEM ushered in its export era.
2001 On December 11th, China became the 143rd member of the WTO. China's official accession to the WTO marks that China's industrial opening-up entered a new stage, which also gave a boost to foreign trade business of TAPLO CHEM.TAPLO CHEM further strengthened its determination to expand foreign trade business.
2002 More and more chemicals got SGS certification. TAPLO CHEM developed a "Five-year Plan"(Corporate sales reachs two million US dollars)
2003 TAPLO CHEM obtained ISO environmental management system certification.
2004 In November 2004, China and ASEAN signed ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement and began to implement comprehensive tax reductions for each other since July 2005. This move made TAPLO CHEM greatly increase export volume. SODIUM SILICATE
2005 This year marked the 10th anniversary of the founding of TAPLO CHEM. With firm belief of founder and unremitting efforts of the team, TAPLO CHEM gradually gained a firm foothold in the market. In 2005, it successfully introduced advanced production equipment and technology, greatly improving product quality and output.Product categories gradually became rich, covering multiple chemical fields.
2007 "China's National Climate Change Program" was officially promulgated. For the sake of global environmental protection and sustainable development of the global economy, TAPLO CHEM decided to shut down the caustic soda plant and devoted itself entirely to foreign trade industry. It is undoubtedly another big test for TAPLO CHEM. Can transformation of TAPLO CHEM successfully be done? Annual export sales reached three million US dollars.
2008 Develop new "Five-year Plan"(Corporate sales reachs eight million US dollars)
2010 On January 1, 2010, China-ASEAN Free Trade Zone was officially established. Economic cooperation between China and ASEAN member states opened a new page. And bilateral economic and trade relations continued to be strengthened. Since 2009, China has maintained its status as ASEAN's largest trading partner. TAPLO CHEM became the first batch of ASEAN export pilot enterprises, which laid a solid foundation for the establishment of overseas branches. Annual export sales reached ten million US dollars Foreign agent distribution channels were established.
YEAR DEVELOPMENT HISTORY KEY PRODUCT GROWTH AND CHANGE
2012 TAPLO CHEM ushered in important development opportunities. As the demand in the global chemical market increased, TAPLO CHEM actively expanded overseas markets and established cooperative relationships with many internationally renowned enterprises. Through continuous technological innovation and optimized management, products of TAPLO CHEM gained a good reputation in the global market. In the same year, TAPLO CHEM won the "Chemical Industry Quality Gold Award" for its excellent product quality and innovative production technology. SLES,LABSA,Fluorescent brightener ,STPP Diversified development was done, TAPLO CHEM developed detergent series, food additives series and other new products.
2013 Develop a"Ten-year Plan",TAPLO CHEM vigorously promoted the establishment of overseas branches and training of overseas employees.
2014 The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) was established, which promoted RMB to join the SDR. TAPLO CHEM completed its first yuan-denominated cross-border transaction.
2015 TAPLO CHEM became one of the shareholders and the exclusive export agent of Inner Mongolia Risheng Renewable Resources Co., Ltd,the third largest manufacturer of zeolite in the world. Annual export sales reached fifty million US dollars, Vietnam branch was established.
2016 Vietnam branch was established.
2017 Faced with changes in the global economic situation and increasingly stringent requirements of environmental protection ,TAPLO CHEM quickly adjusted its strategy, developed the research and application of green chemical technology, and launched a series of new products which can meet environmental protection standards. Besides, TAPLO CHEM improved its quality management system and after-sales service to meet the increasing needs of customers. Due to its outstanding contribution to environmental protection, TAPLO CHEM won the title of "Green Pioneer Enterprise in the Chemical Industry". CITRIC ACID,DEXTROSE,XANTHAN GUM Total export volume exceeded 150,000 metric tons.
2018 TAPLO CHEM became a senior member of Sinosure.
2019 Philippines branch was officially established. Philippines branch was established.
2020 During the COVID-19, TAPLO CHEM took measures to ensure supply and overseas employees actively entered the factory to achieve zero outage of supply. Besides,TAPLO CHEM signed long-term strategic cooperation agreement with two Fortune 500 companies. More than 300 corporate clients were insured by TAPLO CHEM.
2021 TAPLO CHEM encouraged employees to actively participate in epidemic prevention and was rated as a model epidemic prevention unit. Stabilizing employment of staff and achieving more goals, TAPLO CHEM achieved zero turnover rate during the COVID-19.
2022 TAPLO CHEM increased investment in research, provided financial support to factories, and was committed to developing more environmentally friendly and efficient chemical products. This move not only significantly improved the technical level of key chemical products, but also established an innovative image in chemical industry. This year, TAPLO CHEM's R&D results won the "Chemical Industry Innovation Technology Award." TAPLO CHEM stays ahead of the curve in the global chemical market.
2023 Indonesia branch was officially established and achieved complete localization of warehousing and sales operations in Indonesia.
2024 TAPLO CHEM has developed into an enterprise with important influence in the chemical industry at home and abroad. Its products are sold well in many countries and regions around the world.And TAPLO CHEM will continuously make contributions to the development of the chemical industry.
